Two like-minded individuals came together with shared frustrations about how private equity search was conducted. One, a recruiter, with an extensive background in international executive search. The other, a candidate, with experience across investor relations, business development and origination.
Together we wanted to partner with funds to ensure they make great people decisions. No more throwing spaghetti at a wall until something sticks. Everything we do is driven from an alignment in understanding between our clients and our candidates.
Our vision for refined, thorough and efficient processes showcasing the best talent was born in late 2019.
We are recruiters, but we do more than recruitment. Our private equity clients receive not just relevant CVs but also a nuanced perspective on the candidate quality within their targeted talent pool.
