Two like-minded individuals came together with shared frustrations about how private equity search was conducted. One, a recruiter, with an extensive background in international executive search. The other, a candidate, with experience across investor relations, business development and origination.
Together we wanted to partner with funds to ensure they make great people decisions. No more throwing spaghetti at a wall until something sticks. Everything we do is driven from an alignment in understanding between our clients and our candidates.
Our vision for refined, thorough and efficient processes showcasing the best talent was born in late 2019.
We are recruiters, but we do more than recruitment. Our private equity clients receive not just relevant CVs but also a nuanced perspective on the candidate quality within their targeted talent pool.
Similarly, our candidates are individuals beyond what is written on their CVs. Our focus encompasses not only their immediate move but also looks holistically at their career trajectories to identify the optimal fit between their skillsets, aspirations and ambitions.
We are a forever evolving community. From hosting regular events for the CEE region to running workshops for junior talent and speaking at panels in London. We engage, we coach, we connect. We love identifying what is best in candidates and transforming that into opportunities for them.
This is why 27% of our placements are made through strategic introductions, 90% ofour recommended candidates go on to have an initial interview and over 85% of our work is introduced through recommendations in the market.
We spend more time with our colleagues on a day to day basis than we do our family members, significant others or friends. Therefore placing an individual in a work environment that aligns with their values impacts not only their immediate day job but their overall quality of life.

We are a trusted partner to several leading private equity funds in Europe. With a track record of making multiple hires for each fund, we help our clients build out best in class investment teams, investor relations functions and origination divisions.
Concurrently we also provide support on ESG matters and portfolio needs.
Our network is international to ensure funds receive the best talent available.
To date, a relocation outside of the home country is required for 40% of our candidate placements.
