A global healthcare enterprise, backed by a leading mid-market private equity investor, was on the lookout for a specialized leader to spearhead its new acquisitions and amplify brand recognition throughout the CEE. Boasting about 1200 clinics across Europe, this company stands as one of the largest healthcare service providers.

Aiming to replicate its success, the organization was in search of an executive to steer its M&A operations in the CEE region. The prospective executive would need to be a Polish national with fluency in English and a seasoned hand in orchestrating healthcare deals.

The skills sought were quite specific, necessitating a search that transcended typical M&A executives to encompass those with healthcare service experience. To discern and secure the best fits, our exhaustive search encompassed top IB and buyside professionals across various sectors. This comprehensive method was imperative to shortlist candidates with the distinct blend of expertise and personal attributes essential for the role.

The chosen candidate boasted a blend of experiences aligning perfectly with the client's specifications. He held a senior position at a local boutique M&A advisory firm and had been involved in multiple transactions within healthcare services.

In addition to his corporate roles, he held a Ph.D. in Medical Science and had consistently advised family businesses and budding healthcare firms, earning respect as a notable business advisor in the healthcare sector.
